Our team brings decades of experience across a wide range of clinical and educational settings, including charter and district schools, early intervention programs, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and private practice. Leadership

Janell Frost, MEd, CCC-SLP, Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Utah Speech and Language Solutions, brings extensive experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist since 1995. With a Master’s degree in Communicative Disorders from Utah State University and ASHA certification, Janell has worked with individuals from early childhood through adulthood across a wide range of settings. Her expertise includes supporting students with autism spectrum disorders, language delays, articulation challenges, apraxia, and other complex communication needs.

In her leadership role, Janell combines clinical expertise with strong operational experience, ensuring that schools receive consistent, high-quality services while maintaining efficiency and accountability. She is deeply committed to collaboration, working closely with educators, families, and staff to create supportive environments where students can thrive.

All Utah Speech and Language Solutions team members are highly qualified and fully licensed professionals. Our Speech-Language Pathologists hold Master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders and are certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Our Speech-Language Technicians are also licensed and trained to support service delivery under appropriate supervision.

Are your therapists licensed and certified?

All of our Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) are licensed, hold Master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, and are certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Our Speech-Language Technicians (SLTs/SLPAs) are also fully trained, licensed, and qualified.
